2 tablespoons lime or lemon juice
1/4 cup sugar syrup
1 cup whi

1. Chop mango flesh. process with lime juice and sugar syrup until smooth and thick.
   
2. Pour mango puree and cream into ice cream maker. freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
